Hi and welcome to GMAT Club.
This is more about which school to choose once you get in but it is super slow in this forum (and will be for another 3 months) so it is a good distraction

1. I think with your salary level an Evening or Online MBA makes sense. I was wondering why online only and not PT? E.g. Booth or Kellogg PT? Just cost?
2. In terms of salary, IT tends to pay well. Variety of PM roles at FAANG could fetch $250K in a few years after graduation (though that's still 5 years away)
3. If you are OK staying at the current job/industry and not making much switching (though in current job market, you may be able to), I can see not doing a FT MBA. The main value of a FT program is ability to switch/jump industries, countries, roles, etc
4. In terms of Online MBA, I think it makes sense esp during the covid years... I could also suggest looking at the new Haas Online MBA (PT equivalent just online) or UNC (oldest and most mature probably).
5. Getting an MBA with least coast is pretty good. You can't beat the ROI. At the same time, you will be sinking in time, so may as well get more out of your experience. Getting into a higher ranked program that is more selective will provide you with more interesting and motivated classmates who will challenge you more and better professors, and better alums. MBA is not just to have a title on the resume (even if you think that is, it is much more than that) so would be helpful to consider your choices and their selectivity.
