Interesting... I have seen similar feedback about the dominance of Booth.

Kellogg has many global partnerships for their EMBA which sort of has an interesting effect on the brand when it is used with all other sometimes not very well known MBA programs (e.g. Schulich - Kellogg or HKUST-Kellogg EMBA's). I don't know if that helps their EMBA program by making it more resource-rich or perhaps degrades the name?

P.S. Booth would be at Gleacher Center which is somewhat of a business-center location. I don't think you would care to be on campus on a weekend anyway every other week, kind of dead, and probably not as convenient either.

Good luck with your choice!

The Kellogg HKUST program is actually rated as one of the best in the world - https://rankings.ft.com/rankings/2863/emba-2021

Not sure about this point. I like that there are more global options at Kellogg as opposed to Booth which only has London and HK.

The Kellogg cohort also seems more VP, Exec level as opposed to younger Director levels at Booth.

More FANG companies seem to hire from Kellogg than Booth - https://fortune.com/education/business/ ... aang-jobs/

Someone said - “if you want to eat lunch alone goto booth, if you want to eat with a group goto Kellogg”

The academics might be more rigorous at booth but at this stage in my career, that’s not the only thing I’m interested in. The brand and network matter more?!

Kellogg EMBA Program should be the one in Miami and Evanston. The Kellogg HKUST Program is a Joint EMBA Program that its brand name is not related to Kellogg only. So I would consider it is not so purely focused brand.

The Kellogg HKUST Program do have more VP, CEO, CFO as they DID NOT ALLOW any people below exec level to study. All-in-all, they are picky. They have their preference.

I am a Hong Kong person who has researched a lot of information about these two programs (Booth EMBA vs K-H Program).

You can PM me if you want to know more, bro.
