As for your question, I would say that you have asked very broad question and it will be difficult for any of our experts to answer it properly unless to provide us key information about your profile and career.
I would advise you to provide as much possible information as you can on the points given below for the right guidance from our experts. NOTE THAT you need not to disclose any personal information i.e. Your real name, address, school/college you attended, Name of company/organization where you work, etc.
1) Your GMAT Score (if you have taken already)
2) Work Experience and current field (i.e. Engineering, Finance, Marketing, etc...)
3) Education (Graduation year, Major, GPA, etc.)
4) Your Post MBA Goals (MOST IMPORTANT)
5) Reasons for Re-MBA
6) Extracurricular Activity
7) Any other information about you that you feel would help evaluate your profile.

Not sure about UK, but most US programs will not admit someone that has already completed an MBA.
