option 3 is correct for specific time frame. GMAT prefers simple sentence so 2 is out.

I think Bn is the right one.
C says it will sell 7 M books AT the end of the year- clearly not the implication.
Since we are counting to a point - by the end of the year, we are projecting in the future when the selling would have happened, hence the use of future perfect nstead of simple future.
