According to what I have heard, V33/Q44 might be better.
One admission officer told me that more equal quant and verbal scores would be preferred over subscores that differ "too much." What's too much, then? This person said a difference of more than 30 percentile. I suspect that this is because closer scores show that an applicant is more well-rounded, and won't struggle too much in any subject once in school. Maybe more equal scores also assure the committee that the person didn't "game the system," studying only their strong area and counting on it to cover their weakness.
However, some schools seem to be more concerned with the quant percentile, presumably to make sure admitted students can handle the math involved in almost every b-school class. That would be the only concern about reporting Q44 instead of Q47--it depends on your target schools and what (if any) minimum they'd like to see for the quant score.
