Hi, I am a 31 M from India. I got a GMAT score of 650 - Q45, V36, IR 6. CGPA of 3.08/4 in my undergrad Btech.
Professionally, I have over 8 years of work experience and have risen from the ranks of an intern to become the VP-Growth and Marketing (with 4 promotions) in my current company which is an ed-tech leader in the space. Also, I have been leading a team of 30+ members since the last 4 years and have led multiple high impact projects in my tenure establishing us as the market leader in the space.
I gave my GMAT with a month of dedicated prep. But in my work it is difficult to prep as I am in a senior leadership role that demands a lot from my work. I was wondering if I can aim for any top b-school in EU mostly UK or should I retake the test.

If you are aiming for a "top" school in the EU or UK (of course, the meaning of "top" is subjective), you are almost surely going to have to retake the GMAT. You are coming from a very competitive demographic and your GPA appears on the lower side. Without a much stronger GMAT score, you are going to have a very tough time making it through the process.
A thought: you could also consider the GRE. If you are applying soon, then the GMAT is probably a better bit since preparing for a different exam may be too time consuming.
