I have an admit from Lancaster and Cranfield both with scholarships. I wanted to undertand which one is better.

I am a lead engineer with around 4.6 years of work experience

If you are joining as an international student, I would keep job hirability as the most important criterion for making a decision. I guess both are 1-year MBA programs, so you will have to maximize your time here from the word go.
I'd recommend talking to current and recent students and also the career services team.

Students can help you understand the overall experience, about academics, ECAs on campus, interactions and collaborations with other departments in the university, quality of life on campus. You should also be asking a lot of questions about the kind of jobs you can expect to land. If you are chasing specific recruiters, try to find whether they recruit from either of these. Also, its important to understand the quality of career services- how helpful would they be in your job search and in making resources/network available to you.

Talk to the career services to probe further on how they can help you with their job search. Sometimes these teams have deeper relationships with specific companies or the b-school may be close to an industry hub- both of these may be beneficial for you and can go into your decision making.

If you live in the UK, I would suggest a trek up to the school.
