Last weekend, I was quite bored/anxious/frustrated/restless... the wait seems endless. To break the monotony I ended up going on a long drive from home to Hood-River, Oregon. It was a beautiful day - kinda rare in the Pacific North West, especially during the winter months - and had some great opportunities to click some photos!

Here they are for your enjoyment. Please feel free to send me any ideas and suggestions for improvement next time.

I also went climbing on Mount Saint Helens. I am yet to process the photographs! I will share them once they are ready.

What are you guys doing to keep yourself engaged?

Its a German plate. I picked up the car in Europe through BMW's Euro-delivery options.

Oh tell me about extra-weight. I am hoping the rigors and pain of active mountaineering every week will help me keep the anxiety low and reduce the love-handles!

I like 2-wheeled beemers better than four-wheeled ones. Though I guess the four-wheeled versions are quite OK.

BTW, good one, John.

Thanks Lepium.

I have not tried Audi. I think they are also good car (though never owned or driven one) but still prefer a bimmer!

20 minutes on tread mill every morning helps a tonne.

Yeah I went on a long climbing yesterday. About 5500 ft elevation gain, which I think burnt about 3000 calories. I have to reduce by this summer!
