How come A is correct here?

A K Antony is an OBJECT NOUN. Shouldn't we be using WHOM to describe A K Antony? That would eliminate A & D.

Push. I would have chosen B. How come it's "who" and not "whom"?

in Who Vs Whom - Who is used for someone who is doing the action- Who told the students about the trip while Whom- who is receiving the action- Whom should I give this to?
Hence IMO the answer should be B because A K Antony is at the receiving end of the action- Being called upon.
