I believe it takes mord than just study to be a doctor. Like can we really distinguish between a good doctor and normal doctor by his/her degrees or the capability to cure disease? I believe it's later. So I will vote for them.

There's difference between more important and most intelligent .
For our daily livelihood, i'd say a farmer is far more important than both of these since we can't survive without food. But it has nothing to do with being the most intelligent .
