I beat 700 on a practice test only on one out of 10 times, and that was a PR test....but got 750 on the actual test. (I am excluding GmatPrep tests)

On the first GmatPrep I got 690, and on the second one 750... but I did the first one when i started preparing and the second closer to the actual exam date. In fact, I got exactly same quant and verbal scores on GmatPrep and actual exam (q49 v42).

I scored 710 and never cracked 700 on the 5 practice tests I took.
