I take GMAT 2 times and my score from 2nd test was lower than my 1st test about 20 scores because I've a problem with scratch paper and pen during the test. Will I have a problem for an admission? Will the committee doubt my ability? Thanks in advance for yr help

There are quite a bunch of test takers who experience a lower GMAT score than in their previous test and it happens all the time. A 20 point increase or decrease in GMAT score will have little impact on your admission. Your admission essay, GPA and extracurricular activities will also play important role in admission process.
