Litte poll - who will hear back first?

I vote swgotz because he's a total shoe in. He knows the school better than any other applicant and probably better than some students.

Just submitted my Park Fellowship Essay... Came out very nicely. I was debating about whether to wait until I knew I was in or not... But I decided that I would enjoy writing it anyway and I did. Once I sit down to do it I genuinely enjoy writing these essays. Guess that comes with having been a history major. :)

Does anyone know if it is true that notification will really start tomorrow?

How in the world I'm leading this poll is beyond me. I was DEAD LAST on the interview list out of the three of us and I was late on my GSB interview invite too. So far, im passing by with the skin of my teeth.

I guess it is because you post the most among the 3 options. Hence there are some biases towards you.

FYI, I spoke to Cornell. Here's what they said.

They will probably start making calls tomorrow and through Friday, not today.
They will update the online system end of day friday, not in the morning.

Just relax...one thing i believe in is that a lot of times, whatever happens...happens for the best. So if not cornell, you guys will move onto better schools!

You confuse excitement with angst.

Honestly a Cornell accept at this point has as much to do with getting in as it does to boosting my confidence level for my other schools. Though, given the entirely subjective nature of this process - and lets be honest - there is definetly a subjective random element here - a ding from Cornell might not mean anything for my other apps.
