I used my immediate supervisor and a senior manager. I would say peer and a professor arent the best options. I would only use a professor if you "worked" with them.

Yea, they really don't want a professor. I guess that kinda lends to the theory that your work exp is more important than your ug gpa.

I would suggest you go for a client or another manager.

I think you should pick the person who knows you best and will help you stand out from your peers. If you have a team lead, client, or coworker who has a lot of insight about who you are, and why you should be admitted I'd go with that person.
