Any ANswers to why be a management consultant after spending 6 years in IT services (2 years in project management)
I am sure many must be in the same boat for answering this. Please do share your thoughts.

Also I want to know if some body can give feedback of vault on practice interviews that they hold?

I think consulting will add another aspect to your profile. You will be known as not only an "IT" guy, but also someone can also do business.

I've always viewed management consulting as an investment in your career. The vast majority of people who join the consulting industry leave after 1 or 2 years. But the skills you develop and the connections you make can really springboard your career prospects. The best time to join consulting is after business school as it's really hard to get in after that.
