They absolutely don't care about your extracurriculars and the extracurriculars will not help your application.
Many academics view the MBA as a watered down Master's degree, and while good grades in MBA don't necessarily help, bad grades will definitely hurt.
If you have a Master's degree by research which required a dissertation, that would be valued much higher than an MBA.

While "mind calculations" does not indicate quantitative skills in general, this could tip the scales in your favor all else being equal. I wouldn't hide it, though I wouldn't make it the most prominent thing on the CV either.
