I have read in forums that, as far as PhD concerned, apart from GMAT score, the overall profile matters most. Here is my profile.
I have two world records, one Asian record, two Indian records in the field of Mathematics-Mind calculations. My name was included in Limca book of world records (Second best to Guinness) 'India at her best' for 2015 and 2016 edition. Also, I have a research paper published in the first year of MBA and Despite my GPA is average, I have a distinction in MBA-final project and also worked as a Radio jockey for a local FM for 15 months.
Will these credentials help in PhD admission?

They absolutely don't care about your extracurriculars and the extracurriculars will not help your application.
Many academics view the MBA as a watered down Master's degree, and while good grades in MBA don't necessarily help, bad grades will definitely hurt.
If you have a Master's degree by research which required a dissertation, that would be valued much higher than an MBA.

While "mind calculations" does not indicate quantitative skills in general, this could tip the scales in your favor all else being equal. I wouldn't hide it, though I wouldn't make it the most prominent thing on the CV either.
