Hi everyone, I just finished the GMAT Focus exam and saw my unofficial score on the screen. I’d like to ask that will this score be exactly the same as the official score that appears in my mbacom account. Is there any chance it might change?

The difference between an unofficial score and an official score is only that, to make a score official, GMAC confirms that the test was administered properly.
Only if there was some kind of issue with the scoring system would the official score be different, and such issues almost never occur.
Accordingly, your official score will almost certainly be the same as your unofficial score.
