If there's a reason to question validity of the score received, only then is the score cancelled. Inconsistency in different sections of the exam, mainly when one has a few weak areas, does not obviously results into a review. Moreover, a review doesn't always means cancellation.

I would say that 99.9% of all test takers have nothing to worry about in terms of testing irregularities as a test center.

For the online test, there’s a lot more reviews and a lot more disputes. But I would say still it’s 99.5% safe probably based on the volume of concerns and issues. Many of the online scores get reviewed but very very few gets canceled. There are other issues with the online test such as connectivity and lack of proper expectations about the proctor and so on. But that’s a different topic

Also, when they say inconsistent, didn’t mean scoring high on quant and low and verbal. What they mean is that you scored really high on the Quan’s portion but then you fail the quantum questions in the integrated reasoning. Or, you went from scoring really low to really high within a short period of time. You can score as high as low as you want a different sections. It won’t raise any suspicion.

I would say you have no reason to be concerned with that line in the terms and conditions 😇

Hi RandomMan12345.

They won't be surprised or concerned by differences between your Quant and Verbal performance. They are looking for differences that don't make sense, such as a very high Verbal score but very weak performance on verbal IR questions.
