I'm pretty sure it will not necessarily help you get in if you are not qualified on paper. Hopefully the role you are considering is business related and clearly aligns with your career goals that you are looking for Sloan to help you reach as well. Being on-campus however should help you learn the culture and better speak to all the great opportunities at Sloan. On the financial side, I know some programs do offer discounted tuition for employees or the families of employees so that would just need to be a question you have to ask or look into. But I would not recommend only working at a school just to gain admission or discounted tuition, not sure you will get the desired results you are looking for.
