2L+3R=12

William is going for shopping flour at LRDG (Little Rock Deli and Grocery), which has two kinds of flours
regular white flour R - $1.80 per pound ,
and the organic flour N -$2.70 per pound.
STATEMENT 1:
(1) The total value of the flour William bought was $10.80
1.80R + 2.70 N = 10.80
0.6 R + 0.9 N = 3.6
solving it, we get the following pairs of value for R and N. (6,0); (3,2); (0,4).
We can’t arrive to a number concretely. So not sufficient.
STATEMENT 2:
(2) The flour at Little Rock Deli and Grocery is sold only in whole pounds.
this statement says, LRDG sells flour in non negative integers. 0,1,2....... Infinite.
Hence, not sufficient
combining 1 and 2
we are still left with the numbers. (6,0); (3,2); (0,4). Total qty can be 6, 5 or 4.
