Let’s that the price of egg is equal to 10$
—> 12*11+(x-12)*9=10*x
12*11+9x—9*12=10x
12(11-9)=10x—9x
x=24

The answer choice is E

equate
12*1.1+ (x-12)*.9=x
solve for x = 24
IMO E

Can you please help me to solve the equation.

equate
12*1.1= (x-12)*.9
By this I am not getting the answer. x=24

ie, 1:1

Now , 1 represents 12 so, total no of eggs will be 2*12 = 24, Answer must be (E)
