WHY me?
I know ,I have the potential (powerscore made me realise this) ,just in need of right material and guidance. I have been looking and struggling to get such offer past one month when i read PowerScore CR bible and absolutely loved it.I never knew there could be so much to learn in CR which could make things like weakening, indentifying flaw, drawing just the right amount of inference ,so simple and easy. I learned to identify the nuances while reading any subject even my core graduation subjects of biotechnology. I am hoping to improve my grades even in graduation due to the improvement in reading and understanding. I wasted so much time and money on local tutions where i hardly improved. I improved my accuracy by about 50% not only in CR but also in RC. The tips given in this book are so useful. I even skipped my tutions to strenuously work on the book and practise more. I wish i knew about Powerscore before and had not wasted money on local tution
I hope ,i get this material through which i can realise my dream score in GMAT.

Everybody wants to win this course as mostly all of us have gone through CR Bible and how grealty we have improved our reasoning we all know that. Its a great offer from Powerscore and instead of answering why me i wish we all could have win this course.

"WHY ME"

I would like to say that i really wanaa win this course becoz i have been trying past few months to improve on my GMAT score especially in verbal.I was weak in CR as i dint knew the rules and other books were bit confusing with their own rules.then i purchased CR bible after other test takers recommendation and it improved my score to great extent.I am fully confident about my CR now.

When i heard about this demand course on gmatclub i got a feeling that i will win in those lucky 5.i could not sleep the whole night when result were to be declared and kept refreshing the page :).i knew that if i get this course, i can improve my score in other sections too and make my dream score come true..But i was unlucky in result draw..
I dont know if i will win this time (i pray to God i win) but i really want this course coz i have tried other courses (dont wana name them) and till now i havent improved much of my score as the methods used by them are complex for me to understand.I will be taking GMAT in sometime from now ,and if i win here i have that much confidence in this course that it can improve my scores drastically and can help me achieve my target score.

I would like to thank Powerscore to introduce a wonderful and valuable course for the Gmat aspirants which most of the people are waiting since long time.Only those who have gone through CR bible will understand what i mean.

Thanx Powerscore once again for giving us an opportunity atleast to take part in contest.Special Thanx to BB, great man.. 8-)

Why Me?
I truly believe that course, like any other benefit, is truly deserved by one who works harder.
English is not my native tongue. The course will help me prepare for GMAT in order to score over 750 and join a Top-10 school. Thanks to the acquired knowledge I will be able to help other people to prepare for the exam. I am also ready to record every step of my preparation for admission and during the studies in order to help others who want to pursue this goal. I know the time will come when I will be able to help financially to people seeking quality education and in other areas.
I believe I deserve this course because the hardships I have overcome and keep overcoming as well as willingness to risk and assume responsibility must be worth something.

Why me?

----------------------About me--------------------------
I plan on giving the GMAT at the end of Nov/Dec this year unless I get in the college I have an interview with in the last week of July.I am pretty confident that I will be able to reach the 95th percentile in the GMAT with my present abilities. However, what I really want is to score in and above the 98.5 percentile in the GMAT.I have done well in an Indian aptitude exam also called CAT which has 200k+ students taking it every year.I scored in the 89.93 percentile in 2007 and 92.73 percentile in 2009.

While I have not taken any GMAT CATs so far,I have looked at many Quant and Verbal questions from the Official GMAT guide and the Official GMAT verbal guide.
----------------------------------------------------------

-----------What I want from the course:------------

Quantitative section
I normally find the Quantitative section very easy. However, while going through another book that had a section of tough Quant problems,I noticed that I take more time than I ideally should have, in solving these tough questions. Therefore,I am hoping that with timed practice material for Quant that aim at students who want to score a very high percentile, I will be trained to get all the Quantitative problems correct in a timely manner.

Verbal section

Critical Reading
I really enjoy doing the Critical reasoning questions and find them fun.I have done almost all the questions from the Official Verbal guide in CR and am waiting to get my hands on the Powerscore CR bible before I try the Official Guide's CR questions so that I can use
the techniques learnt in the Powerscore Bible on these questions.I have been told that Powerscore Bible has the best book for CR and I have decided to make that my guide for the CR section. Also,I am hoping that the on-demand course will provide me a whole lot of CR practice problems refining my skill.Besides, while I do get most of the problems right,I would like to reduce the time I spend per problem.

Reading comprehension
While I have not begun RC practice,I am hoping that after I finish the RC problem sets on the official guides,I will be provided a lot of problem sets for practice from the on-demand Powerscore course.

Sentence Correction
I am looking for a lot of practice material from the powerscore course with detailed explanations.I feel it is very important to have an explanation for the solution of sentence correction problems. Not only should they point out what options are wrong but also should point out what could have been done to make each and every option correct.

Analytical Writing Assessments
I am hoping that the powerscore course will help me write better essays and also accurately measure my performance in the various essays I would be made to write.

7 practice cats
Yeay!!!! Now this is truly the icing on the cake.I am sure that I can really learn by performing and then analysing my performance in these CATs.

In a nutshell, what I specifically want from the course:

Lots of Quant practice with toughest questions GMAT could ask, targetted specifically towards people who want to score in the top 2-3 percentile.

A comprehensive guide for CR(which powerscore already has) along with lots of timed CR practice.

Lots of timed and untimed RC and SC questions.

Specific material targetted towards people with a desire to score very high in the GMAT

Help in AWA along with accurate assessments.

----------------------------------------------------------

-----------What I dont want from this course-------------

I am not looking for tips and techniques in the Quant section.I am also not looking for tips and techniques in the SC and RC sections(I am already referring another set of books for it).I however would love to know the tips and techniques given in the CR Bible.

I also do not want the 40+hours of detailed instructions although if the instructions do contain AWA help, I would want to use them.
----------------------------------------------------------
Thanks
Hemant

Tell us why you want a FREE course.
Why?

Because I hope..

I am an Engineering background student with 3 years of postgraduate work experience and aiming to go to a high ranked business school. All I require now is a decent GMAT score. I have found that my maths have become rusty and that my English requires lots of brush ups.

While I am following few books to brush up my skills, I definitely require a targeted course that will help me achieve momentum in GMAT preparation. I have known of PowerPrep and its CR bible is the most sought after book. In GMAT blogs I have heard of good things of PowerPrep.

A targeted structured offered by PowerPrep is what I require to achieve good things that I hope to do. The first step is the GMAT and the PowerPrep course is the first step to my goals. So Why a FREE PowerPrep course? Because, I hope and because I deserve a dedicated and prestigious course such as PowerPrep. And why FREE..? Because I am unable to pay huge sums of money required to obtain any other courses offered and FREE is really important to me at this point of time.

So I HOPE..
I hope to get into the PowerPrep course and get a 'Power' score in the GMAT. I hope I will have the opportunity to have good things offered by the PowerPrep. I hope that the adequate practice materials offered by PowerPrep's course will act as a catalyst in my GMAT preparation.

Thanking PowerPrep for this opportunity
and thanking the gmatclub.

Cheers

WHY ME.
I have read innumerable books two of them are Power scores CR and SC. But with out conscious these two books turned out not being read but being studied. These are too good to be ignored by a GMAT aspirant and i also felt very sad that there is no book by Powerscore on Reading Comprehension for GMAT and may be this course gives me the tips of RC.And the over all logic of Powerscore books is too simple to follow , you cant miss the main point. And i need a good score in gmat so i prefer power score.
SO ME.
