How B has modifier issues ?Can anyone please explain.

Winning must modify something that comes after the comma, thus (A) and (B) out..

Thus, the correct answer will be (D)

We dont have verb in C. "considered by..." is a modifier which is incorrectly modifying James Cameron.

(A) James Cameron directed Titanic, which many consider to be - Modifier Error - Should modify Titanic and not James Cameron

(B) James Cameron directed Titanic, which many consider - Same as A

(C) Titanic, directed by James Cameron, considered by many as - Idiomatic Error - Considered As in incorrect

(D) James Cameron’s Titanic is regarded by many as - Correct

(E) Titanic was directed by James Cameron, considered - Considered modifier error
