Hi,
My name is Ashutosh, I am a 22 year old who has done his undergrad from the University of Mumbai in commerce(accounting specialization) and am currently and have been working for my family business(since graduation about a year and a half ago) which deals in Marine Electronics, our company is an engineering service and sale firm that is a small to mid sized one that employes about 25 people. I had achieved a 76% in my final university exam at the undergrad level and while i've been working i've also been studying for my Masters which is in Commerce(specialization management 6 months remaining for course to end ).
I had started in the accounts department where i worked for a year then moved into administration where i'm being taught how the business runs and i'm also undergoing training with some of the new engineers for marketing. Once I graduate from my masters I will be starting a sister company that will be providing new services. I wish to know if:-

1) Is it a good idea for me to apply for an Msc in Logistics and supply chain management
2) Which colleges would you'll recommend with my profile ( USC is one that i definitely wish to apply to)
3) How could i boost my profile to be accepted into this program as i do not have direct work ex with that field.
4) (optional what is the Job market like in the US and Singapore with such a masters)

List of things accomplished in the last year and a half include
Personal and Other Achievement.
1) Dropped 60 KG's (132 pounds
2) Was undersecretary general for my colleges first Model UN
3) During High school was on the Student council and was in charge of 600+ students for various intra-school activities, participated in inter school activities aswell including plays and etc.
4) During my undergrad was a member of the Entrepreneurship Cell for a year
5) Did my Company secretary during undergrad clearing 2 levels out of 3 (currently on hold due to lack of interest also they do not issue a certificate of completion till you finish the third and final levle)


Post this masters i wish to either work for a few years (specifically in Port shipping and then comeback to expand my buisness after a few years or work for a few years and do and MBA)
