I think that A is the answer. 'Lay' is ruled out and so are B & E. C is too wordy. D does not mingle with the rest of the sentence.

What is OA? Please reveal it as early as possible.

A it is.

Lay means "to place something down." It is something you do to something else. It is a transitive verb.
eg:Lay the book on the table. (It is being done to something else.)

Lie means "to recline" or "be placed." It does not act on anything or anyone else. It is an intransitive verb.
eg: Lie down on the couch. (It is not being done to anything else.)

---my english teacher used to say that you can only LAY eggs, but you LIE what you lie He always insisted on using Lie over Lay.
