There is a saying, "
you are never too late to start a new beginning," which applies to you too! This is for all women; whether you are doing an MBA at 30+, you can always start from the beginning; you can always switch your career; you can go and sit with a class full of people in their 20s!
During our
Profile Evaluation sessions, a lot of women over 30 are gripped with these concerns:
1) Is it worthwhile to get an MBA after 30?
2) Is it too late for me to get an MBA?
3) Will the cohort of 20-year-olds, welcome me?
4) Will it be accepted by individuals my age/singlehood?
5) Will this have an impact on my personal life?
And these are pretty legitimate questions, but we advise you not to make age a barrier for you in becoming the best version of yourself. Do not limit yourself based on what people around you say or what you see with your inexperienced lens. Higher education proves to be a potent tool for helping women realize their true potential, hone their skills, and make real progress in closing the gender pay gap.
Break the mold, and buck the trend.
