I've got a private GMAT student with a terrific grade history and a serious job as a bank risk analyst. She scored 670 recently (Q48 V 34), is shooting for either Carlson or Kenan-Flagler. She believes she needs to take the thing again, in order to get 700. How do I talk her out of it? Isn't 670 good enough for those two schools, especially considering her massive qualifications? She's aiming for a finance degree.

Well, it will depend on what the rest of her profile looks like. A 670 doesn't necessarily put her out of the game for those two schools.
