Aragorn101:
Addressing your specific questions:
Q: Should I make this new switch?
A: No.
Q: How would it reflect on my Application? Will it create a negative impact with constant switching? How would the schools perceive my profile in this switching aspect?
A: You have too many jumps in your background as is. It could possibly send a message of confusion, opportunism, lack of commitment or, worst of all, incompetence. I am not even sure how you would address all these transitions with fluidity and conviction, much less under the tight word limits. What's worse, we haven't even talked about how all these jumps would look to future post-MBA employers!
Q: I have quantifiable impact on my application so that shouldn’t be an issue.
A: That's not the issue on the table. You can still achieve short-term results and be considered a flake.
Stay where you are until you apply in the fall. It's best for your profile and career.
Best,
