Do the top MBA colleges accept applicants who have just graduated and have no work experience?

Hey mgupta12 ,

The answer to your question depends on which location you are applying to.

If in India, people get into IIMs without any experience as well and people apply to such schools with 4-5 years of experience. So, it depends on your profile.

If in USA, then I would say they won't. Most of the B Schools have a minimum work experience requirement of 2 years and average being 5 years. So, if you are from a highly represented community, I would not prefer applying before atleast 4 years of work ex.

All the best :)

Hi mgupta12

To add to whatever abhimahna has already written, I would recommend you to read
about the MIM programs which are designed for people with little or no experience!

A few top schools also offer early admit MBA's

These are programs which you could apply for fresh out of college.
Hope this information helps you!
