If you are truly open to the top 100 US business schools, then yes, you can probably gain admission. The previous poster is correct in that there are schools that take candidates without full-time experience though that tends to be the exception rather than the rule.
Why not look at the Deferred MBA programs? These are programs that you can get an acceptance during your junior or senior years of college, work for 2 to 3 years, and then go to school. The benefit is obviously that you get to graduate college and enter the workforce knowing that you are already into business school. The downside is that these programs are highly competitive, particularly since they are mostly offered by the top MBA programs.
If that does not appeal to you, why not work gain some full-time experience post-college graduation even if it is at your family's business? You have some great credentials including an excellent GMAT score. Working full-time will drastically improve your profile and help you move up higher in that rankings. Instead, you'll have to apply an aggressive of filter of programs that accepts students with no full-time work experience.
