Difficult to really say, have you had promotions, is this a recognisable firm, do you oversee people, manage a large budget? Without knowing its tough to say, beyond that, what sort of MBA program are you targeting?

Are you based in the US? Any leadership roles? International exposure? I guess all that would count a lot.

You should also consider what your post MBA aspirations are. Think about it this way:

Your PAST + MBA = Short Term + Long term goals. You got to build the narrative, and tell them why your existing work experience is a necessary part of your learning curve, and what are some of the handicaps that are stopping you from accomplishing your short term goals.

The brand of your organisation helps and so does the functional exposure. However, you need to project your story right. And for that to happen, I will also recommend you to get your story right for yourself. The way you are expressing "Sales and Marketing Coordinator", I think you are sort of short-changing your work experience.
