The length of work experience is measured at the time of matriculation. Seeing that you probably are new to this, if you already have two years, you should really accountant say it as three years because that is the amount of work experience you’ll have but the time you would start school.
Three years is acceptable it is better than the minimum which is two years. You don’t really need to do a whole lot to make yourself a better candidate, as long as you I have enough I’m good experience and have specific goals you would like to achieve.
Ideally, you would stand out in every aspect of your profile to make your candidacy as competitive as possible. That means you would stand out in your work experience and achievements there, performing better than 95% of your peers. That also means you have strong enough GPA from a strong enough undergraduate institution which sounds like you have that.
You should also have at least an average GMAT score for your demographics. For someone from India, that’s about 30 to 40 points more than the schools published average. Which means if Ross has 710 as the average GMAT score, so you will need to get about 750 to be competitive in your demographic pool.
There are a few more things such as letters of recommendation, résumé, extracurricular activities and interview. Those are a bit easier and faster to Master. As mentioned, you can get help from admissions consultants who can fairly quickly clean up your work.
