Hello I will attempt to reproduce a question from Gmatprep that I could not answer. Unfortunately I do not have the original problem as I have stupidly reset the test after finishing it (q48,v44) and could not review my errors. But i know i didn't get this problem right because my answer was not in the answer choices.
Machine A and Machine B, working at their respective constant rates, can finish a job in 2 hours. Machine A and Machine C, working at their respective constant rates, can finish a job in 3 hours. Machine B and Machine C, working at their respective constant rates, can finish a job in 4 hours. In how many hours can machine A,B,C, woring together at their respective constant rates, finish the job ?
