m/c A 9000 pencils per hr
m/c B 7000 pencils per hr

in certain period of time say x bth makes 100000
but a m/c can wrk for max 8hrs
we need to find how much B has to work for min hr
in 8 hrs A makes 72000 pencil
remaining 28000 is made by B
time taen is 28/7= 4hr
Hence A
