Oh man... my productivity at work has officially dropped from 50% to 20% now that I started looking forward to the admit weekend and looking at the new student webpage & forums.

Is it just me or anybody else overwhelmed by all this new information? I think trying to find housing and proper student loans are my biggest concerns. I gotta get a student visa and all sorts of fun stuff.

thank goodness work is slow lately!

anybody wanna share an apt in ithaca for 07 -08?

im in the same boat. I think my productivity has slipped into the negatives. I may owe my company money at this point.

My productivity was at -10% yesterday. I skipped work altogether (took a sick ...ehem...day).

Why -10% instead of 0%? I got called twice for some advice and the advice I gave must have caused some trouble, I'm sure (since I was thinking blank when giving the advice).

In all honesty the above is not true, but the actual story was quite lame so I embellished it.

Meetings are worse. I can't check gmatclub, I can't browse digg.com, I can't get up and go get coffee. Why would I want to tie myself into a room full of people for 2 hours on a conversation I have no interest in?

As of today I have some people reporting to me, which sucks. They sit right by me and they'll be able to see that I really just browse message boards all day. Before today I just reported to a manager who sits on the other side of the building so it didn't matter. Damn these additional responsibilities...

well i have 10 people reporting to me.. but i am lucky.. i dont sit near them... its nice to be a manager and dont do much.. i have realised lot of management in big companies is lot of talk.. atleast in engineering management

all i did today was bought 2000 shares of ford this morning.. thats it

and send meeting notices out :)
