How is it possible working during a full time MBA?
I would think perhaps its project based work and happens on the weekends -- which mean you miss out on alot social-wise! Which, in my opinion, is a big reason to do an MBA - your network growth.
I wouldn't suggest doing both, as you will end up not enjoying either.

I am working full time while doing MBA full time at night and on the weekend. I also just finished my undergrad (in history no less) in May. Im also in the pre-MBA program and still need to take the GMAT to get accepted full time, which I am taking next Saturday. I also have 2 finals next week. Frankly I do NOT recommend it. It is incredibly stressfull, and I have little to no free time. Thank god I dont have kids yet. Im only doing it for the GI bill benefits, they get reduced by a percentage for anything less than full time and Im not in the habit of throwing away money.
Also I want to finish in two years and needed to build work experience as well so doing a regular full time MBA program and graduating at 29 with no work experience besides 8 ywars in the infantry wasnt a great prospect!

If you are studying full time MBA at a top program (which also includes clubs, homework, study groups) I think it's very hard to find the time to work. Even if you don't work you already have a heavy workload and hardly have any time to sleep...
