I have an ethics case at my workplace related to misuse of a customer offer for self interest
Although I have provided my explanation that reward distribution was as per SOP , I have been terminated without details on the investigation report.
should I declare this in my application ( For eg. ISB has specific question asking for same)
What impact would this have if declared for Europe ( HEC,LBS) and US (Kellogg,cornell,etc) schools
I have a decent GMAT score of 685 in FE and aiming for Round 1 this year.
If anyone had a similar case, how did they navigate through it?, would appreciate info on it.

Hi,
I wish I could say it more politely, but if you put it across in this manner, it is a near certain ding, even for stellar GMAT/ performance applicants. The higher the selectivity of the school, the more reasons for you to consult a good mentor and package it in a better manner (and without faking anything around it...)
