Hi bros and sis,
I have originally appointed my exam (Online Executive Assessment) on 3PM HK Time. And I have checked in 30 minutes before the exam.
Yet, after I enter the Exam Proctoring Program, it STUCKS, the mouse click DID NOT MOVE, I CANNOT PROCEED Anything.
It just keeps showing the loading signal, loading, loading and I have waited for sth like 10 minutes, I have to use ctrl + alt + del.
And it just keeps on and on and on, no matter how many times I tried to log in again, that non-sense program just keeps me waiting and loading and I CANNOT PROCEED ANYTHING or ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS.
Can anyone please help? This is probably the worst online exam experience I have had so far.

I am so sorry that happened to you! Is there some kind of tech troubleshooting contact at the GMAC? I would imagine so. Did you take any screenshots of the situation? Are you up against a deadline? Can you take it in person?? How will this impact you?

I have sent email to ask GMAC how to handle this situation.
Chicago Booth has already reminded me the final deadline...all the things have been ready except the Executive Assessment result, I am really urgent on that stuff....
