I strongly recommend you to look up the basics in a grammar book.
Here a short introduction:
'Will' is future tense, 'would' is conditional tense.
'Will' is used for the future (without intention), for example: It will rain tomorrow.
I am going to buy a new car. (Future tense with intention)
Both can be used in conditional sentences, for example:
If you lend me the money, I will buy the car. (Conditional I)
If you gave me the money, I would buy the car. (Conditional III)
If you had given me the money, I would have bought the car. (Conditional II)
