Hello,
TOEFL is mandatory for Haas, even when the English was the language of instruction in my under-grad. Even IELTS can be taken instead of TOEFL.
The issue is I am unable to get a test slot for either of the tests in the coming days. Even if I do get one, there are high chances that the TOEFL score will not be evaluated before the application deadline.
I did get check with Haas and they are fine with submitting apps without TOEFL / IELTS scores (Write 0 as the TOEFL/ IELTS score in the Application form, and update them when the score arrives). The only pre-requisite being one has to give the paper before the deadline.
I cant find a test date (across India) before Haas deadline. Is there any workaround to this ? Can I even give the paper after the deadlines ?

I am facing the same issue. No Toefl/Ielts until Jan 6th in India - Some sort of blackout period since December 17th, the holiday season, maybe?
Haas has also further declined to consider a PTE score....

Same boat!!
All the Californian schools require TOEFL no matter what your medium of instruction was during your undergrad.
Apart from them most schools waive the TOEFL.
But I am sure the schools know this and they will accept the score after the deadline.
What's important is that you submit your rest of the application before deadline.
Shoot them(adcoms) an email.They will have all the answers
