Hi,
I gave GMAT on 28th Jul, 2021 in Pune, India. My birthdate was incorrectly updated in the system, instead of 24th Oct 1996, I had updated it as 10th Oct 1996. As my passport had the correct date and I also carried a second ID proof, I was allowed to give my exam. Unfortunately, I want to cancel my score and retake the exam. However, I don't see the option to cancel my score as GMAC has put my score on hold till my birthdate gets updated. I am scared that I will miss the 72 hrs window for cancelling the score. I tried calling the customer care but no one is picking up even after 30 mins in the queue. Is there any way I can reach out to the GMAC team to get this sorted?

I had dropped a mail to the APAC team yesterday, I am still waiting for their reply. Customer care support has also asked me to wait for the team to get back to me over mail.
