Hey everyone,
So I was recently offered a place at WU Vienna in the International Management/CEMS program with a one-semester exchange at HSG Uni St. Gallen. A few days later, I got offered a place directly at St. Gallen for their Strategy & International Management program.
I am having trouble deciding between the two, as I have heard good things from both. I am especially concerned about career prospects in the DACH region as a non-EU citizen (US citizenship). I am a native English speaker with intermediate (B2) german and hope to work in the start-up scene somewhere in this region.
I think CEMS seems like a really great opportunity, but how does it compare to the SIM program at St. Gallen? I am not from the DACH region, so I don't know much about the two program's/school's reputations and career prospects.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

hi, it is super cool that you received both offers! I'm also dying for the two programs! you know, CEMS was initiated by St. Gallen and St. Gallen has a much better ranking than Mannheim in MIM program (Financial times 1 vs 22). I would definitely go to St Gallen for job opportunities in DACH region. CEMS is good for the double degree exchange, but I'm sure you can also go to another school for exchange in St Gallen.
But with regards to the expenses....it's really hard to decide.
by the way, could you share some of your backgrounds how you got in? Did you have a business bachelor background and internships?
