St1:
Insufficient. Could be negative x value.

St2:
Insufficient. Does not tell me anything more than st1.

Combining both won't provide me with any more clues.

x>0?

1) ┬жx┬ж>0
2) ┬ж-x┬ж>=0

Have fun!

I dont have OA, though!

Its E as both the statements along and together are insufficient.

Javed.

Cheers!

Agreed on E.

1) |x| > 0

x > 0
-x > 0 or x < 0 INSUFF

2) same thing.

Together you won't get a unique answer so INSUFF.

I say E as well , both statements basically say the same thing, minus the greater than or equal in statement 2
