x articles cost (2x+10) dollars --> the price of one article is (2x+10)/x;
(2x+1) articles cost (5x+13) dollars --> the price of one article is (5x+13)/(2x+1);

So, (2x+10)/x=(5x+13)/(2x+1). At this stage it's better to plug answer choices, option B fits: x=10

Answer: B.

Do GMAT has 'cannot be determined' as options?
