From what I've researched, the XLRI Jamshedpur Class Profile 2024 is quite diverse compared to many other top B-schools. The batch includes students from engineering, commerce, economics, management, and other academic backgrounds, along with a mix of freshers and candidates with work experience.
One thing that stands out about XLRI is that admissions are not based only on academics or test scores. The institute looks at the overall profile, including work experience, extracurriculars, achievements, and interview performance. That's why you'll find people from different industries and career paths in the classroom.
If you're targeting XLRI BM or HRM, I would suggest focusing on building a balanced profile instead of only chasing percentile numbers. A strong XAT score helps, but your overall story and clarity of goals matter a lot during the selection process as well.
