Well I'd say for R3 it's quite a long shot, but since you applied R3 to three other schools you can take your shot at it. Just keep in mind one thing: That if things don't work out this year, if you intend to reapply, there may not be too much for you to present in terms of improvement until R1 of next year, so you may or may not want to "save" Yale, just in case.

Let me know what you decide!
Jon

Thanks Jon. I might go ahead and apply.

I read and hear that Anderson is big on media, entertainment and sports. Do fields like high technology and entrepreneurship get less attention then? If I launch a start-up, will Anderson give me the resources and the environment to do so successfully?

To be honest pretty much all schools are good for Tech. Anderson, being in CA is obviously even better! As for the startup, despite myths I'm not sure that one school is better than another for startups (except maybe Stanford), I mean it's always a bit of a gamble, and will depend on your idea, how good you are at connecting with financing people, and building partnerships. IT also depends on the field of your startup...

But it's a great school, so yeah...
:)

Best,
Jon
