I have a question related to job experience required. I want to apply for septembre 2014 full- time mba, but I complete 3 years of work experience in june 2014. Is there going to be a problem if I apply before the 3 year experience?

It's the quality of your work ex that counts. Candidates do apply and get in with < 3 years. In such cases, your undergrad GPA and extracurriculars are also looked at more closely than say a person with >3 years work ex.
