We are given,
- • Money invested by Yogesh = Rs 21000
• Money invested by Mohan = Rs 17500
• Total profit made by both = Rs 26400
Ratio of Yogesh and Mohan's investments = 21000 : 17500 = 6 : 5
Total ratio = 6 + 5 = 11
The profit received by each will be as per the ratio of their investments.
Therefore,
Yogesh's share in profit = \(\frac{6}{11} * 26400\)
- = 6 * 2400
- = 14400
- = 5 * 2400
= 12000
Hence, the correct answer is Option A.

Y's share = \(\frac{6 }{ 11} * 26,400 = 14,400\)
