Though I am a younger applicant myself, I strongly believe that an MBA without work experience would hold much less value than one with work experience. At least for me - it might be different for other people. Which is why programs like the 2+2 program are so appealing - they give you two years to gain that work experience and help you progress on a track much faster than you normally would have, while providing a good focal point for your energy and effort.
