I have been studying for a few months, have done PR, Kaplan 800, MGMAT, All the Guide questions. Feel confident in material since I worked probably 1000+ questions.
I am planning now on testing/time management strategies in prep for an early April actual GMAT. I have a collection of CATS from PR, Kaplan, Petersons, GMATPrep.
Today I took my first PR CAT (#2)..and got a 550..V 36..M 29...I left 22% of the math questions..so I know at this point I need to work on speed, process of elimination. Problem is that I worked out all the practice Math problems up to this point..and I need to lose this stubbornness going forward..I have studied the strategies, just hard to bail on questions some times when you are close to points.
Was wondering what the accuracy take is out there for these PR CATS? Are they harder, average, ec then the rest out there, etc.
Any other advice appreciated.

princeton review math part is a lot easier than the real exam.

This topic has been covered very extensively - I know I wrote a lot about difference between Kaplan, PR, Manhattan, and the real thing. Basically from what I've seen the math is easier but the test penalizes you more for missing a problem (you might get the same score missing 7-8 on Mgmat vs 1 on PR). I've found from taking a PR class and talking to people I've known who used the test is that below 45 on the math is scoring very accurate, above that it's all about consistency because the problems don't really get a lot harder.
